Frequently Asked Questions Is this for real? Yes. We have video taped non-professional, totally amateur guys for their first time on video for your enjoyment. We do not dub over the model's speaking or grunts with crappy music...everything is live as originally video taped. Some of your guys look a little *too* young. Are they of age? Absolutely! All videos comply with Section 2257 of Title 18 U.S.C. and proof of age is on file with the Custodian of Records. Any reference to terms such as "kid", "boy", "chicken", etc. are not meant to imply any model is under the the legal age. What video formats do you offer? VHS only, for now (NTSC format). Soon we will offer PAL, DVD, and live streaming. I want to subscribe to your mailing list...can I trust you not to sell my name/email? Of course. We get emails and subscribe to lists, too, so we certainly understand this concern. We absolutely promise that your information is never sold and is kept completely private and confidential. PLUS, we *only* send an email when there's a major update, like a New Release. You can subscribe or unsubscribe at ANY time. Explain what you mean by "secure ordering" and "discreet shipping". Secure ordering means that we use an online credit card processor that uses only the latest enryption technology for your safety. Discreet shipping means that your shipment is only labeled with your info and our company name/address (TSH Communications) for privacy. We also never mail anything besides your order to your address, nor do we sell your mailing info to anyone EVER. You will find that other companies will, however, so it's best to inquire about their privacy statement. What is your refund/exchange policy? We do not issue refunds, but we never misrepresent our video content either. We will, however, exchange a tape (for the same product) if that tape is defective. Simply mail the defective tape back to us (include a note explaining the problem) to: TSH Communications, PO Box 20434, Seattle, WA 98102. I'm in Seattle and want to be a model. What do I do?
